Individual Child Therapy
If you have a child in your class that you are concerned about that might be in need of extra emotional support, I offer professional one-on-one therapy sessions designed to suit their individual requirements.
Consultation
Create Therapy provides Consultation to staff working with children with complex needs. The sessions look at the child’s responses and behaviours to staff and other children in order to formulate what might be going on for them. We can the consider and plan ways to manage and support the child using current good practice and theory guidance. Consultation is usually part of the subscription service.
Staff Training
Bespoke training sessions are available to small and large staff teams. Training develops an understanding of common mental health, attachment and trauma issues in children and how to support such complexities within the classroom or Education setting.
Bespoke Classroom Therapy and Training
The individual therapy sessions I offer are perfect for children in need of specialist emotional support; while group sessions are designed equip small groups with the skills they need to deal with any mental health issues that they might encounter in life.
Staff members who work closely with children with additional needs can also benefit from my training sessions in Understanding Mental Health, as well as my consultation and therapeutic supervision services.
